NITIN PATHAK

Managing Director

Mr. Pathak started his career in civil engineering over 32 years ago. He started his career in construction and seven years later he worked his way up towards the establishment of Pathak Consultants where he is now the managing director. His expertise include but are not limited to Healthcare, Hospitality, Resorts, Residences, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial structures. He is the link between the client and the architectural and engineering services. Over the years he has developed an interesting skill set that includes assistance from the planning stage of the project along with the cost analysis, viability, tendering, execution and finishes to post-occupancy and maintenance services.

VAISHALI PATHAK

Director

Mrs. Pathak is known for her versatile nature and skill set. She has been working as a consulting engineer in the civil industry alongside Mr. Pathak for over 18 years. She is the greatest source of motivation at Pathak Consultancy. Her expertise lies in the planning, timely executing and post-occupancy services of interiors for hospitality projects, single and multi-family residences. She has her own way of getting work done that we all are fans of. 
She has experience in other fields including banking and is also a Past Life Regression Therapist. Her entrepreneurial skills are astounding and ever inspiring.

RAJ DESHMUKH

Director

Mr. Deshmukh has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years and is very passionate about his work. He is the one you turn to when you have technical issues or when you need guidance to understand what the drawings say. He is also known for his ability to multi-task. He has taken up the challenge to get software on his skill set including drafting and project managerial databases.

JANARDHAN ROHAM

Director

Mr. Roham has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has been a part of the team for as long as we can remember. He has come a long way from where he started and is reputed for his ability to get tasks done. He holds a great command over excel and project management databases. We at Pathak Consultants value his contributions to our residential, healthcare and industrial projects the most.

NITIN HIRE

Director

Mr. Hire has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has a keen eye for detail and we appreciate his contribution to most of our interior projects where precision and detailing are most critical. One may say those are his specialty. He is our go to person when it comes to healthcare and residential projects.

NIHAR PATHAK

Architect

Ms. Pathak officially joined Pathak Consultants as an in-house architect post her graduation in 2017. She is our core design member and does architectural planning for single and multi-family residences, landscapes and interiors for residences and office spaces. She completed her Master's of Science in Sustainable Design and continued to advise on our projects from overseas.
